TWA has misplaced mine. Flew on the same flight as Craz 9/14. I reported the missing bag and followed up, but to no avail. It's time to fill out the paperwork to be compensated for it. Before I do: has anyone had experience w/TWA in matters like this? Were they responsive? How long did it take to resolve the matter? And how can I get the best result?
