Some answers :
- BA uses 2B
- Taxi fare should be about EUR 35-40; time needed depends on your flight arrival time: Sunday evenings outside summer holidays usually mean substantial end of week-end traffic, otherwise it is about 30mn
- Roissy bus to the Castille involves a 10-15mn walk at a leisurely pace
- RER involves a lengthy connection from RER line B to metro line 1; not the best option

I would go for the taxi, but I could also choose Roissy Bus if the weather is fine and if I have only a small piece of baggage.
