As a 2p I had good luck using them DEN - MHT. Those flights were always through ORD--hub to hub there were a lot of flights from Denver to Chicago (including a lot of 3 class 777's). I think the success on the ORD to MHT leg was based on the fact that there are fewer status pax flying into MHT--probably a lot more going into BOS, just 45 minutes away. So if you have an alternative airport, that might be worth a try (smaller planes though--733, 319, etc.)
