I fly regularly on SYY flights and the planes are small and they have to balance the number of pax before and behind the wing. There is a groovy seat at the front with extra legroom, but often that is blocked at check in. If you ask nicely and you are in the front of the plane, you are often let forward, but not if you are in the back.

Anyway, there is one flight attendant who is delightfully eccentric, and she has her favourite regular pax. Once, when one of them in the back asked for the front seat, she agreed, but then had to move someone back, and they wanted to be with their friend, meaning someone else had to go forward. The flight attendant was having fun reallocating everyone's seats when the pilot came out and told her to stop it. Everyone had to go back to where they first started.

Although on a long flight this sort of thing might be irritating, on this flight it was really very funny. We were all in stitches as the chaos grew.
