I'd be polite about it but not move - unless it was a like seat. Ie, moving from one aisle to another is fine, I'd gladly do it to help a family. But if the swap is for a middle, no dice. I'd say, "I would but I preselected this in advance because I get clausterphobic"......or something like that.
