I would broadly agree with the general advice as to out F back J. However, I do not agree with the suggestion that it makes no difference wehich cabin you are in when you are asleep. F is better in a number of respects. Much more comfortable flat bed. Less cabin crew chatter and clatter to disturb you (certainly on a 747, unless you are in row 5). A reasonable propsect of the best part of an hour's extra sleep, as they do not deliberately wake everyone up for breakfast an hour and a half before landing.
