Oh, and your response was a little canned as NW is the
only airline to serve GFK, so he doesn't have much choice other than, perhaps, to fly into MSP and drive.
Obviously this doesn't apply to norske's situation BUT yesterday JetBlue cancelled 19% of their flights, was on-time 34% and 56% of the flights that did go were delayed 45 minutes or more. NW is looking pretty reliable these days by comparison at 3.6% cancellations (of course that pesky Southwest had under 1% cancellations and Midwest had no cancellations.)
