No ROP points for purchases onboard AFAIK.

And you only get your info pack and card after you attain Silver status (10k miles in 1 calendar year or 15k miles in 2 calendar years). Till then you just give them your number at booking/checkin or print out the temporary card image from the web sign-up page.
