Nonsense.

PHX and PSP hardly qualify as family-oriented vacation spots yet they are served by WestJet seasonally from YYC/YVR/YEG on a seasonal basis with varying schedules. The weather is like back home with low humidity.

SFO is a tourist once-in-awhile destination with okay weather during the winter (assuming one likes rain and fog) but one that doesn't appeal to those who buy winter homes.

Pretentious wine-swilling in long pants and sweaters versus warm, sunny daily golf in golf shirts and shorts. That's what we're talking about. Albertans with money.
