Standard APD regulations show you have, however been conned, PROVIDED there was no mention of an upgrade in the conditions of carriage you were shown when you initially started booking your ticket.
Some people may have been conned my friend, but not I. It happens that since the fee has been imposed, I've only transferred through the UK and therefore have not been subject to a green tax, luxury tax, whatever one might call it.
