How could their costs be so high? They don't even have espresso machines in their Presidents Clubs!

Seriously, I think that removing some costs and comparing numbers really makes comparisons between airlines invalid. 99.4718% of statistics are made up. So are the cited ones. Fuel and labour costs are certainly important, and represent a huge portion of the overall cost of doing business. How can they have an accurate comparison of anything if they leave this stuff out?
