Do bear in mind that comments against a passenger can be entered in the system depending on who needs to see it. The categories are:
- Comments for check-in;
- Comments for the gate;
- Comments for Cabin-crew;
- Comments for end-station.
For example everyone will need to know a passenger needs a wheelchair, but the end-station doesn't need to know that a passenger's visa needs to be checked again at the gate.
Passengers shouldn't really see be seeing comments in DCS. After all, if you're seeing your own comments (which you're probably entitled to under the DPA) there's more of a risk you'll see someone else's!
