Indeed, August 3rd - 5th so its semi-lastminute and flights back are looking pretty full unless I want to head home via Gatwick at midnight. I'd like to get a full day in Madrid on the Sunday, but not get home too late - Being fussy I know! The plan was to part miles part cash the outbound and pay for a couple of oneways on the way back to keep the cost down.

Having looked at the breakdown of taxes, PCPM probably wasn't worth the hassle and £160 isn't too bad for the delights of the T1 champagne bar, Eurochaveller and a few cheeky ones in the T4S lounge on the way back!

On a side note anyone got any hotel reccomendations for Madrid? Been looking at the Urban but it seems to been getting fairly mixed reviews. Want somewhere a little different, pretty lively, max 250 euros a night.
