GUFT or GUF2 = Gold Upgrade for Two (an upgrade voucher, when you reach 2500 and 3500 TPs, or one only when you reach 2000 TPs if you are based in Europe).

CIV is the Customer Individual Value. Everye EC member has one, between 1-100. You can read about this here.
