For Hainan Chicken Rice, Tian Tian is still there at Maxwell Road and is very good. Another one that I also like there for Chicken Rice is Heng Heng.

My favorite black pepper crab was at Lucky View (now closed and replaced by a branch of Long Beach), at the East Coast Seafood Center. I have yet to find a suitable replacement.
