Since this thread came up again, I'll add something that I just learned recently:

On the TED 320 (not sure about mainline) Row 10 C and D do recline some and Row 11 has limited recline. There was an FA deadheading in 10C and didn't want it until she checked the recline. I was in 11D and it definitely had limited recline. 10 ABEF don't recline at all.
