For 2006, fuel and labor were 3,034 and 2,875 (all numbers in millions of USD) and total operating expenses amounted to 12,660. Fuel accounted for ~24% of expenses and labor rang in around 23%. Combined fuel and labor accounted for ~47% of operating expenses.
