Right, I see the point about pension but I'm not sure why fuel wouldn't be counted as non-labor costs. It's a cost and it's not labor related. In fact, outside of labor, I think fuel is the next highest cost item. SWA fuel hedges have saved them (made them) hundreds of millions (if not billions) over the last ten years.
