Any idea how long the wait is between shuttles? As for signage, if it's not marked overhead, what should I be looking for? Thanks.
The frequency of the shuttles is such that taking the shuttle will always save time versus walking between the terminals. That's my way of avoiding guessing the frequency, which I'd assume changes based on day and time. On average, I've waited less than 7 minutes for the shuttle.

Check out the ORD layout in Hemispheres magazine for the exact location. There is definitely some signage around it, but I walked by it a bunch of times before noticing it.
