No legacy carrier has any premium-class only a/c and CO would be the last candidate for such a configuration, because this kind of sub-fleet would severely restrict operational flexibility, which is very important to Larry Kellner et al.

On the other hand, I'm not sure that a BF-equipped 739GR is out of the question.

The issue might be the small size. The smallest BF cabin probably needs 16 seats (like the 752) in order the justify the cost of staffing it with two f/a's. This would most likely leave enough space in Y for under 100 seats. Given the fact that there are some fixed costs associated with flying a/c overseas, this capacity may end up below the minimum necessary for a TATL model.
