Osaka Airport = Itami Airport (ITM)
Kansai International Airport = KIX
The most direct option (minus a private van/taxi) with less hassles and transfers would be just taking the Limousine bus from KIX to Sannomiya. Then either Taxi to your hotel or take the subway to ShinKobe Station.
Unless there's a particular reason you must stay at ShinKobe Station area hotel, I'd find elsewhere if you can change your reservation, but it all depends on your plans.
