Dear Japan insiders,
I'm landing in KIX on a sunday morning at 10AM and I have to reach my hotel which is close to ShinKobe station.

Which is the best way to get there?
I have discovered three options so far:

1) using the ferry-boat to get to Kobe airport, then the train to Sannomiya station and then one metro stop to ShinKobe ~3.000¥

2) using bus to ShinOsaka and then a bullet train to ShinKobe ~3,500¥

3) limousine bus to Sannomiya Station and then metro to ShinKobe ~ 2.500¥

Which one would you pick?
I'm thinking about avoiding the train, since I'll use them a lot starting the very next day.
Ferry-boat sounds tempting, especially for the bay view if it is worth it.

What would you choose?
We are a party of 4 people (travelling on 2 different flights arriving one hour apart) and we will be carrying one large suitcase each + handbag

A fourth option should be available using a shared van service but I wasn't able to determinate the cost as I don't know in which Kobe Area ShinKobe is. Then I'm scared of delayed flights or whatever and not so confident to book transportation in advance
