Thanks for the advice. Evidently her travel agent called her a few days before the scheduled (and ticketed) departure, CDG-BKK-DPS with a good connection at BKK for DPS. The 'last minute' re-routing decision by Thai meant she would have to overnight in Bangkok...Does Thai have to accomodate her there as a result of the change?
