Good point! jetBlue doesn't seem to have a problem with their system either. I have noticed that the new system on the B757's does have plenty of glitches.
In all fairness, the jetBlue system is not perfect. I fly a lot of B6 now and although I have never had a defective unit at my seat, I have been within earshot of a passenger with a defective screen about 50% of the time.
