Chamonix, IME, the premium security line for the C gates isn't staffed until 6:00 am meaning you will likely use the regular corral or use the B gates entrance as Skye1 suggested, provided they are open. Monday mornings are pretty crowded, but this early you shouldn't have too much trouble whichever way you go.
