the property is franchised. But in terms of management, there are mainly 3 people in charge, I wont reveal anythign furtehr than that. As for the At&T issue, i cannot help but feel the op must have contributed somehow to the situation. The hotel has existed for donkey years and has been using At&T for ages. It is true that in terms of customer satisfaction, it ranks quite low esp with the towers concept(a sore issue) but its actually quite ok and isnt as expensive as the Four seasons. Even with corporate rates, the prevailing rate at Four seasons is 4000HKD.
