Depends on what you're in to. Bangkok has plenty to do at night. If you want to stay awake because you've been sleeping all day on the plane you may want to head into town for nightlife (Patpong, Sukhumvit Road), but I would probably get a hotel room and crash.
The only one that is directly linked to the airport is the Amari Airport Hotel. It's the most expensive in the area although I'm sure you can get a room for under US$100 if you try a few booking services. It's probably worth paying for it rather than having to find your way around at night.
