No, it won't. If you have time you could go through immigration to the arrivals lounge, have a massage and then head back through security. However, it is only a 15min treatment and give how horrid LHR is (queue for immigration, queue for security) I'd be inclined to stay airside. You can still get a shower in departures, and then have a treatment on the way home.
