Well, you should really post this on the AA forum because that's the real focus of your question.
The main difficulty is that you want 2 domestic stopovers. That's hard.
My recommendation is to see if you can pick up a cheap RT fare to go from Santo Domingo to Orlando. If you can, then you can ticket a Business class award for Orlando to Madrid, and use the free domestic stopover in LAS on the return leg.
