As you probably know, your experience depends as much as your attitude and ability to enjoy such a special experience as it does on the restaurants perfect food, service and ambiance.
I have had two. both times in Paris, and on both occasions a group(5-10) of very wealthy, or very big spenders were present. both groups were very demanding, and the staff complied, at our expense. very plainly remember sitting for 30 minutes after initial contact before anyone returned to inquire about first beverage order.
