Well that is their choice. BA spends a small fortune explaining things to its staff and especially to the crews as they are seen as a more remote work force. The new Club was displayed in full in the Compass Centre and the people from Brands that manned the display gave a really thorough explanation of the pros and the cons of the new layouts on the mid J fleet. I made the time to go around the display and the staff there were really honest and up front about the options and the future for the product (new fleet coming with new products again etc). Whether you agree with a decision is a different thing entirely, but to claim that there is no information is misleading. Some people choose to come to work and to just get on with it and that is fine, but when you work at 30,000 feet you can't expect to be up to date with all of the latest info if you don't read what is supplied for you, watch crew TV or take the time to find out.
