What is the best way to use 120000 dividend miles on a hawaii trip?

Fom san diego to hawaii, 2 passengers, economy class.

I tried all sorts of dates and they say no availability in the months of Sept/Oct/Nov.

Is there anything I can do? I even tried Premium reservations one way and saver reservations the return trip. That is not available as well.

Can I get some free hotel nights in Hawaii with these miles? or maybe free car rental days? I could then pay for the airfare and still get to burn these miles.
