I haven't eaten there, but as someone who is has a bit of knowledge of Michelin, how could there possibly be any negative experiences at a 3 star?

As you probably know, your experience depends as much as your attitude and ability to enjoy such a special experience as it does on the restaurants perfect food, service and ambiance.
