Definitely not reality based. Just touched down; the website now says that we took off at 6:55 PM, but we didn't take off until just after 8 PM.

These errors are a big deal for those who rely on accurate information to pick people up at airports (and for those who get picked up!) Even if it said "there's a delay; no time estimate available" at least it would not give the perception that everything is hunky-dory.
