I just called to book a flight to HKG with a stopover in NRT (Tokyo), since there is no direct flight from my city to HKG and the only flight available is routed through NRT. The TY CSR told me I couldn't do a stopover (I am interested in staying for a few days in Tokyo before continuing the trip to HKG). He said fixed point option cannot be applied to open-jaw or stopover. Is that true? It seems contradictary to what I read here.
