C'mon people, I think we can be a little more friendly to a newcomer, especially when that newcomer could benefit so much from learning more about how Southwest operates.
nsx, I appreciate and respect your intentions, but when that person has already made up their mind based on one trip and doesn't want our help, or at least did not post ask for it, it is probably safe to cut them free. As for being friendly, it seems that most people were quite friendly in their welcomes, especially with respect to the initial post's content.
