I would be very interested in seeing the AMR/AA management hierarchy. Is it regional? Market-based? Type-based (i.e. FAs, airport AAgents, mechanics, Reservations, etc.)?

I think it would be useful for us as FTers to know how many layers of supervisors stand between a rude GA at MIA/BOS and Arpey himself.
