not sure about the latter part but i don't see a problem in doing a
book and hold on-line and then either mailing in the voucher or going to the airport to ticket. if for some reason, others post saying that you can't, then you have to call but let the agent know you are using a
dbc-free voucher as there is no fee by nature of using a paper cert (don't let them tell you otherwise-have them put the reservation on hold and call back (f/t 101) to get the correct answer). then you either mail in the voucher or go to the airport to ticket.
