As with any airline, there are pluses and minuses. Lack of assigned seating is certainly a negative for some people. No IFE is another. On the other hand, I like being able to rebook a flight without any change fees when I see a lower sale fare (or ding fare), enabling me to save money. And a lot of times, WN has the best fares by far.

Baggage claim issues are always hit or miss in my opinion, but at least your luggage was there when you were (go over to the US thread and you'll see complaints about baggage).
