I have such a lengthy reply to this thread but cant seem to type it in a way that doesnt sound racist. I always try to be very understanding and warm to asian passengers but their culture and ours just do not mix. Communication at times is almost impossible. If you see eye rolling or the like I suggest its poor training and frustration more in ones self than at the passenger.

The only time I ever raise my voice at Asian passengers is when I get a hand put in my face or a slap on the bottom. As a blond, quite tall female with blue eyes I am often the subject of stares and even the odd flash of a camera when our eastern friends are onboard. When I visited the Great Wall you could have thought I had been labelled the 8th wonder...

I just go along with it, only experience will help HUMAN BEINGS manage these situations.
