Yes, my first domestic flight, Bangkok to Phuket, was excellent. It was breakfast time and a hot meal was served, complete with linens and porcelin. Very impressive for an actual flight time of 1 hour and 5 minutes.

Business class was only 1/3 full. Ecomomy looked quite full on the A300. Business class costs just USD10 more, each way. Quite a bargain seeing I earn double points from SAS EuroBonus and had access (just because of my J class ticket although I'm Star Gold) to the lounge at BKK airport. In my case that was the international terminal lounge as I was still a transiting international passenger. Migration and customs were done at Phuket.
