Yes, I have finally started the DONE4 I have been planning for so long. Thanks to all here for their help with routings and flight information.

It was really easy to pick up the paper tickets at NRT. The AA desk had the tickets waiting for us there when they opened the desk in the morning. the biggest issue was finding the jumbo stapler to put the 6 books of ticket coupons per person together! The whole transaction, including checking each of the handwritten tickets took less than 30 minutes, with a very friendly AA agent.

I am in the BA lounge in T1 at the moment, waiting for the flight to IST.
