The only BKK lounge I use, and have done 6 or 7 times is a large one with a first class floor standing sign (that no-one obeys!) within the main Business lounge. More It'l newspapers in F section is only difference I could see. There is a large central, double sided central podium with food and drink there in this lounge whichever it was, and it sounds different to those mentioned above.
