Anyways, during taxi I can see why he could get mad but at 10,000 feet?

If he didn't want the seat in front of him to recline, he should of either...

A) use seat guru and pick a seat where the seat in front does not recline.
or
B) buy a 2nd seats, the one he's sitting and the one directly in front of him.
