I left a Blackberry in the seat pocket on a flight a few weeks ago. I called CO lost and found, the CS agent was very polite and took down all the details. When done, I asked for case #. Her reply was, sorry, we don't track these items. There was no way for me to call back to get the status. They don't look to see where the plane flew to after my fight. They said to inquire at the check in area at the arriving airport in a few days. What is the point of taking a report if there was no way to track the info? I was completely baffled at the waste of time and CO resources if they were going to do anything more.
