I've flown AeroMexico in J to/from MEX - haven't flown their 777.

I've had good experiences with the flights, crew, and service. The food is decent, but it isn't 'authentic' Mexican. Others I've spoken with who have flown AM have had good experiences too. I'd say go for it.
