What about the fact that a negligent AA FA hit the "emergency" button that caused a massive delay and perhaps financial damages to lots of passengers? Isn't this an easy case for a lawsuit? I think such a lawsuit would succeed quite well because it isn't about anti-terrorism. It is a simple and clear-cut case of negligence by an AA employee.
