Is AT&T telling you that you were not connected to them, but rather to someone else? If that's the case, how did your AT&T account number and PIN even work?
Charges are on my
Quest bill. Recording was ATT voice, account number and PIN. ATT not involved at all.
Seems hotel speed dial is programmed to do this with a fake recording from ATT or the hotel operator has the ability to redirect.
Seems the " phone service " converts this to a reverse bill / " collect call "..
