citi is like the big Six, that large wheel with money on it in casinos with like the worst odds ever, but the biggest crowds gathered around the table. You have to wait until it happens to land on your dollar amount chosen and will lose money and time if you stick around too long. But sometimes it comes up right away and that makes no sense either.

I was trying to do two certain transactions with two accts I have with citi, and in one case I faxed in the proper paperwork but had to wait over a month, and in the second case, I just mailed it in, figuring I had to wait long anyway. This one actually posted within a week and I am still scratching my head wondering how that could be!

oh well, eventually they come thru but I think going into promos with them is a risky and shaky business.
