Didn't get any respond at my last AF-F Flight. Might be this is as new as their new F-services at CDG ( which I missed by 2 days ).
However, if they really accept comments from their customer, it will be expensive.
What they need in F
Improved IFE ( why not taking the very good from KL ? )
Improved meal service ( 2 choices of BC-similar food in First are a bad joke ).
Better Lounges at CDG ( which should include a smoking room )
Sometimes Award availability from AF F to Asia is the same than real number of seats. Nobody of the Asian people pay for them ( because they compare to SQ, CX and others ). Even to Nagoya, they offer actually 50 % less mileage for F-Awards.
They have two choices: Upgrade their service ( seats are ok ) dramatically or cancel First Class completely ( which they think would be a shame for the proud French airline ).
